The April fire in Big Cypress made for an impressive sky over the Gulf of Mexico. This photo is virtually untouched, except for tweaking the color to remove a bluish cast from the beach (temperature upped to 9000). A long exposure with an ND filter merged the water and sand, making them appear as one.
